Please Note:  The 2008 Membership Form and Release from Liability Form have been combined into one form to eliminate paperwork and replicate information.  This one form will be used by guests and all shooters.  This form can be completed on-line.  Then print, sign and date, have it witnessed,  and return it to Ruthless McDraw.  Your signature can be witnessed by any adult.  Your return of this form prior to match dates should alleviate long waits at registration.
